Ministry Description

ECP is a ministry of NCCS and is fully licensed by the Maryland State Board of Education.  This means that we must adhere to strict safety and staff requirements.  Each year we continue to strive for excellence, insuring that your child(ren) will be in the best of care.  Our dedicated staff members are fully trained in CPR and First Aid.  These program aides discipline children as necessary, following the NCCS Discipline Policy.  On Monday through Thursday, the program includes a homework session, so that when you pick up your child all or most homework will be complete.

The following explains the credit system, which allows you to save money through pre-purchasing ECP time for your child.  And, because we are a ministry, we are keeping the cost per half-hour the same as last year.

Explanation of Charges and Pre-Paid Credit System

ECP offers a pre-paid credit system.  By purchasing credits, you are entitled to a discount per half hour session.  Through the Credit Pre-Purchase Plan, you pay $2.50/half hour.  These credits may be used at any time before the end of the school year for the entire family.

If you do not purchase credits, then you will be charged the rate of $4.00/half hour for ECP usage. 

Pre-paid credits are available in increments of ten(10).  Using the ECP Prepaid order form (available on the web here and in the school office); you may purchase credits to be used at any time.  Parents of all ECP attendees will receive a monthly statement showing current pre-paid credits or an invoice at the rate defined above (non credits).
