NCCS Parents
NCCS isn't a place to drop and go! Parents are our partners, and they need to be involved for classical students to feel the full benefit of NCCS' program. We encourage parents to visit classrooms, complete required volunteer hours, attend parent visitation days, teacher conferences, and the annual State of School meeting, become a Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) class representative or officer, and share their talents, gifts, and hobbies with all of us. Some parents are here so often, we should probably just hire them!

Mission of the PTF
Our mission is to foster fellowship among parents and teachers to bring into close relationship the home and school. The PTF of NCCS is to support and encourage the staff and teachers of New Covenant Christian School in a godly manner.
Vision of the PTF
Our vision is to serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through activities that build relationships and fulfill various needs or opportunities at NCCS through participation, fundraising, and prayer.

Get involved by:

Attending monthly meetings (usually every third Thursday)

Helping with fundraisers

Signing up for class or house responsibilities through your PTF representative

Becoming a PTF representative or officer! Nominations are held every spring. Vacancies will be communicated if they become available.
FACTS SIS
FACTS SIS is the online information system we use for most record keeping and communication management. Parents will receive an account upon admission, and should familiarize themselves with the system immediately, to find:

FACTS Tuition
They may sound the same, but FACTS SIS and FACTS Tuition Management are different systems. Parents may pay tuition through FACTS Tuition Management (other options available).
